DESCRIPTION:SAVE THE DATE: Online-Veranstaltung am 11.12.2023 um 18:00 Uhr \nHohe Heizkosten sind aus der medialen Öffentlichkeit scheinbar verschwunden. Bei Mieterinnen und Mietern mit Zentralheizung oder Fernwärme kommen Heizkostenabrechnungen mit den hohen Preisen von 2022 größtenteils erst jetzt an. Mit den Abrechnungen für 2023 drohen ab Frühjahr 2024 weiter hohe Nachzahlungen und der Erhöhung der monatlichen Abschläge. Dies führt zu Verunsicherung. \nWorauf muss man bei einer Abrechnung achten? Woran erkenne ich Fehler in meiner Abrechnung? Wie kann ich mich gegen unberechtigte Forderungen wehren? Welche Unterstützungen gibt es\, wenn die Forderungen doch berechtigt sein sollten?\nDer frühere Geschäftsführer des Mietervereins Rainer Stücker greift in einem Vortrag die wichtigsten Punkte zur Heizkostenabrechnung\, neuen Mieterrechten zur Verbrauchsinformation und zur CO2 Besteuerung auf.
