Halloween-Party 2025: Information!

🎃 Here are a few reminders for attending the Halloween party on October 24, 2025.

🎟️ Admission from 18! Please bring a valid photo ID that verifies your date of birth. No ID = no entry.

📝 The tickets must be personalized. Please write your name in the blank field at the bottom of the ticket. The name will be checked against your ID upon entry.

👥 We have an awareness team available for you if you feel uncomfortable or harassed. The team wears pink vests and is approachable at any time. In case of emergencies, call for Luisa!

🍹 You can get your free drink at the bars. We charge a €2 cup deposit for the cups. This is already included in the ticket price.

🧥 Coats and bags can be stored with us in the office free of charge. We have set up a cloakroom for you there.

🕸️ House Rules – AStA Halloween Party TU Dortmund 🎃

To ensure everyone can celebrate safely together, the following rules apply:

👻 General

  • Entry only with a valid ticket and a valid photo ID. Falsification or transfer of tickets will result in immediate exclusion.
  • Minimum age: 18 years. No entry for minors.
  • Entrance control: Security may deny access to individuals who are intoxicated or behaving suspiciously.

🧙‍♀️ Behavior at the Party

  1. No tolerance for discrimination, sexism, racism, or violence. Anyone who harasses or insults others will be immediately removed from the premises.
  2. Respectful interaction with guests, staff, and security is mandatory.
  3. Costumes yes – real weapons no! Props must not be dangerous or look realistic and should not be offensive.
  4. No glass bottles, illegal drugs, or personal beverages in the event area.
  5. Smoking only in designated areas.

🧛 Safety & Responsibility

  1. Do not leave your drinks unattended!
  2. Always follow the instructions of the staff. 11. Emergency exits must remain clear – do not place decorations or jackets in front of them!
  3. Drink responsibly. The security team may intervene if someone is heavily intoxicated. 13. Loss or theft: The organizer assumes no liability.

  1. Afterparty rule: Leave the premises quietly and respectfully towards residents.
  2. Good vibes only! We want to celebrate, dance, and have fun together – in a safe atmosphere. 🖤
