AStA HEAD OFFICERS
Our task is to represent the voice of TU students loudly. To do this, we communicate the problems and wishes of the student body in front of the university. In the background, we organise the work of the AStA. We pay particular attention to ensuring that action on campus is sustainable and socially just. If you have any general questions about the AStA or student self-administration, you can always get in touch with us!

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICERS
The Department of Finance and Student Councils deals with the financial matters of the student body and the student councils. These funds are based on the number of students in a student council. With this money, the student council can, for example, organize cool activities for its students. In addition to working with the student councils, the department manages the student body’s budget and works to advance the digitalization of the StuPa and the AStA in a future-oriented manner.

PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICERS
We in the Public Relations Office see ourselves as a link by bringing information from the AStA, StuPa and other university committees to you, the student body, in a clear and timely manner. And preferably in a clear and easily accessible way. We are constantly working on improving the accessibility of our content and making the presentation of everyday university politics understandable to everyone. We generate the external representation of university politics and as such, we always want to present the work of the AStA and StuPa authentically. If you have any questions or suggestions, you can simply contact us!

OFFICE FOR CULTURE AND ENTERTAINMENT
The work of the Department of Culture is somewhat divided into 2 different work foci. On the one hand, we have our daily business, which includes the administration of the rooms, advertising pillars and materials of the AStA. On the other hand, we try to organise events, workshops, informative events and parties for you in order to bring life and culture of all kinds to the campus. We already have a very long list of event ideas, so stay tuned!

OFFICE FOR SOCIAL ISSUES, DIVERSITY AND INTERNATIONAL ISSUES
Our Office for Social Issues, Diversity and International Issues is committed to supporting students in various areas. In the area of social affairs, the focus is on expanding counselling, particularly in the psychological field, and reducing barriers to support services through technical solutions. Through many events and networks, we want to enable all students to participate in university life. In the area of diversity, our work focuses on networking and the visibility of various subgroups. We offer a safe space and serve as a safe point of contact for all students and want to bring diversity and acceptance to the campus. In the area of international affairs, we want to ensure that the AStA and the counselling centres are established as contact points for international students, but also for exchange students. Furthermore, the rights and opportunities of this group should be strengthened and they should be better integrated into campus life. In addition, events will be organised in all areas in order to inject new energy into campus life for all students.

OFFICE FOR SUSTAINABILITY AND MOBILITY
We represent the student body in matters of sustainability and mobility. Our heartfelt project is to organise the university in such a way that it is as easy as possible to live a sustainable student life. For us, this clearly includes the canteen: we want to consistently demand an expansion of the sustainable offer, for example through more vegetarian and vegan food, as a voice for you. It is also important to us that all students and staff can get to university easily, reliably and in an environmentally friendly way by public transport or bicycle. To this end, we would like to campaign for better cycling infrastructure around the university and throughout Dortmund, as well as for more reliable public transport connections to the city centre. Last but not least, it is also important to us to offer more courses on sustainability. The university has a responsibility to make us students fit for the future! This can only succeed if sustainability thinking is anchored at all levels.
