SHK-Vernetzung: Einladung zum Kick-off Event

Liebe Studis,

vielleicht arbeitet ihr als studentische oder wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft (SHK/WHK) an der TU. Damit seid ihr ein essenzieller Teil des akademischen Betriebs. Doch im Gegensatz zu euren Kolleg*innen mit Abschluss seid ihr weder im Tarifvertrag (TdL), noch werden eure Interessen im Personalrat vertreten. 

Um einen Raum zu schaffen, in dem ihr euch über eure Arbeitsbedingungen austauschen und euch vernetzen könnt, starten wir eine SHK-Vernetzung an der TU Dortmund!

Wir haben auch das Hochschulinformationsbüro der jungen GEW (Gewerkschaft Erziehung und Wissenschaft) eingeladen, um euch über eure Rechte als SHK aufzuklären. Auch die derzeit noch gewählte SHK-Vertretung der Uni wird dabei sein.

Deswegen kommt vorbei zu unserem digitalen Kick-off-Treffen am:

Dear Students,

Maybe you’re one of the many students at TU Dortmund University working as a student or research assistant (SHKs). By doing this work, you are an integral part of the academic process. But, in contrast to your colleagues with finished degrees, you are not part of the union (TdL) or represented on the staff committee. 

To open up a space for all of you to connect and exchange about working conditions, we are creating the „SHK Network“ at TU Dortmund University.

Additionally, the Bureau of Higher Educational Information of the Young Education and Science Union (Hochschulinformationsbüro der Jungen GEW) has been invited to inform you about your rights as student employees. To support you and our efforts, the current SHK stand-ins will also be attending. 

So come and join us to our digital kick-off event on March 3rd, 6PM on Zoom

You should note, the entire event will be held in German.
